Requested changes to the systems by clients is also done. Clients don’t have to halt their normal operations due to the occurrence of an unexpected hitch/setback in the system(s).
When a new client comes on board, we are keen on coming up with a training schedule convenient with client’s time. We impart best of our knowledge to make sure that all is understood so as the client may utilize the system(s) with ease.
Consultancy offered is based on our systems. It mainly covers issues on integration. We offer advise if there is an integration method available for a particular client’s system. For instance, availability of integration of bulk SMS and M-PESA Pay bill to PowerFinancials to a client.
